Dubai Business Women Council to host Arab International Women's ...

The AIWF Conference, being organized in collaboration with PwC, seeks to identify and build a network for young professional Arab women, focusing on providing motivation and encouragement and developing their knowledge and leadership skills for positions of increased responsibility.

DBWC further revealed that its President Raja Al Gurg will serve as keynote guest speaker in a plenary session on the topic "Beyond The Glass Ceiling: Transforming Barriers into Opportunities."

The various activities under the conference are designed to give keynote speakers and potential mentors the opportunity to help the delegates understand more about personal accountability, leadership and building confidence, while inspiring the younger generation through the experiences of successful businesswomen.
